A course where you can enjoy Kuroge Wagyu Beef Hitsumabushi, a registered trademark approved by the Japan Patent Office.We use the best Japanese black beef of the day.Our specialty dishes include Gifu Hatsushimo, made by contracted farmers, and tamadare, developed jointly with Yamakawa Jozo, a long-established soy sauce brewery.In addition, you can enjoy seasonal fish and vegetables purchased from the market every day, such as seasonal fish carpaccio and fried Kyoto wheat gluten.This is a large portioned course for 2 to 5 people.

・Regardless of the number of people, if you cancel after 6pm the day before your arrival, 100% of the course price will be charged per person.

・If you cancel 3 days after the reservation date for 6 or more people, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

・If you cancel 7 days after the reservation date for 6 or more people, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged.

・For cancellations made after 00:00 on the day of your visit, a fee of 2000 yen per person will be charged.
