The meal includes sashimi made from fresh fish procured from the market and slaughtered that morning, roast beef cooked at low temperature using Japanese Black beef, and a final dish of "Japanese Black Beef Hitsumabushi" made using specially selected cuts. It can be used for a luxurious day for the family, or for special occasions such as dates and anniversaries.This is a large sharing course for 2 to 5 people.
