A course where you can enjoy "Kuroge Wagyu Hitsumabushi", a registered trademark of the Japan Patent Office.We use the best Kuroge Wagyu beef of the day.This is a specialty dish that is made with great attention to detail in everything from meat to rice to sauce, including Gifu Hatsushimo produced by a contracted farmer and tamari sauce developed in collaboration with Yamakawa Brewery, a long-established soy sauce brewery.You can also enjoy seasonal fish carpaccio and deep-fried Kyoto namafu (wheat gluten) served with freshly sourced seasonal vegetables and fish delivered daily from the market.This is a large sharing course for 2 to 5 people.

・If you cancel after 6pm on the day before your visit, regardless of the number of people, we will charge 100% of the course price per person.

・For reservations of 6 or more people, if you cancel after 3 days of the reservation date, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

・For reservations of 6 or more people, if you cancel after 7 days of the reservation date, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged.

・If you cancel after midnight on the day of your visit, we will charge you 2,000 yen per person.

・For reservations of 6 or more people, if you cancel after 2 days of the reservation date, a cancellation fee of 1,000 yen will be charged.
